1. Sending an automated informational email to your office 1 to 3 days before the scheduled sending, which lists the documents and contacts with deficiencies in data necessary for sending, such as the electronic payment code, email or mobile number, etc., so that you can complete them in time.
2. Sending notifications to customers for initial contracts and renewals starting after 15 days which remain unpaid. The recipient of the notification is the contact person of the document or the contracting party if no contact person has been registered.
3. Sending a second notification - reminder to customers for initial contracts and renewals starting after 4 days which remain unpaid.
4. Sending an automated informational email to your office with the notification sendings that were made, as well as those for which sending was not possible, with a description of the reason.
